At Holmfirth Fresh Fish we appreciate the importance of protecting our environment and the world we live in. We take the future of our environment seriously and recognise we have a responsibility and part to play in this, in making sure the marine and sea life is protected for generations to come.
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually trying to improve our environmental performance, wherever possible.
At Holmfirth Fresh Fish we carefully select and work very closely with our reputable suppliers to ensure all our fish and produce is farmed and bought from well-managed, sustainable sources and locally produced, where possible.
How You Can Help
Our frozen fish is pre-packed to ensure that the quality of the fish is maintained. We are continuously looking out for more environmentally friendly ways to wrap our frozen produce, however, in the meantime we strongly encourage our customers to bring their own containers as part of our a ‘FRIENDLIER WAY TO FREEZE’ scheme.
